If you are not happy with your picture frame(s) for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 – 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
